Search - key entry

The search can be done by completing one or more keys that are dynamically proposed by the system user based on the selected document types.

Search of results

The search result consists of a series of documents that correspond to the entered keys, offered in tabular form and accompanied by the thumbnail viewer. On the grid of results, you can further refine your search by entering keywords data directly into the cells.

Search - files

The documents are contained in files. Each user can manage an unlimited number of files and can perform operations (according to specific privileges) on documents in the files shared by multiple users. At any time you can search, copy, move your documents by organizing the work with ease.
